The countdown to our youngest daughter's graduation has begun, hence my absence these past few weeks. I want to soak it all in and spend as much time with her as possible. She has a busy summer planned, and the time to drop her off at her new home will come soon enough.
I love this quote by Dr. Seuss...
Congratulations to all of the 2012 graduates! May God bless each of you with bright futures, and surround you with love.

So sweet. So exciting. I actually remember my emotions and nerves on graduation day like it was yesterday. Sadly it was not! ;)
Congrats!
Love that quote! May have to use it to toast my son at his grad party coming up next month. Not sure how it will sound amidst the tears...sniff, sniff. Trying hard to enjoy all of the moments left with him and his last few months of being "mine" before heading off to college...sniff, sniff...
I love that quote too! Perfect for a young person heading out on their own. Enjoy your special time together!
Hello,
I'm a new friend checking out your blog and this little tid bit brought tears to my eyes at the thought my oldest is only 12 but I can imagine the day will be here soon enough! Enjoy all that special time with her! Have a great weekend!
Enjoy these last few weeks! At my high school graduation our class valedictorians (there were 8!) all used quotes from Dr. Seuss. Congratulations to your daughter!! :)
How sweet and I like the Dr Seuss quote! I have one still in college and the other has graduated. It's crazy how fast the time goes buy. What an adventure you have ahead and your daughter will grow by leaps and bounds! It's wonderful when they come back to visit .. as adults :)
