And, boy did we get some April showers. We have had tons of rain this year. Quite a change from just a year ago when we were in the midst of the worst drought in history!

Yes, we love our subway tile in the kitchen. It was cheap and cleans up easily! Our countertops are black pearl-an "affordable" level of granite too. Can't wait to see your remodel!
