There are times it can be so easy to look at our past, and dwell on it.  While the past has shaped and molded us into who we are today, it does not define us!

    So very true. We have the choice to dwell on our past tragedies/failures/missed opportunities or forge ahead with positivity into the future. I'm choosing option 2.
